What benefits do I get from being a member?
As a member you receive discounted entry to Cruz every night as well as receiving priority admission on busy nights. Every time your card is scanned into the club you accrue points which we use to invite regular members as our guests to special events.
Does Cruz have a dress code?
Not usually. Cruz events never have a dress code, although decency is expected. Some promoted events held at Cruz 101 do have dress codes.
Can anyone go to Cruz 101?
Cruz was a members club but since the change of it's licence we can admit anyone, although guests are allowed at the management's discretion. Cruz promotes responsible drinking and, inline with guidance from both the Police and the Local Licensing Office, we are unable to admit persons who are overly intoxicated and reserve the right to refuse admission.
How can I express my views or opinions about the club, it's events and staff?
We welcome comments about your visit as we strive to improve our venue continuously. Your feedback is important to us and you can contact us here.
How do I find Cruz 101?

Can I use my Debit or Credit card at Cruz?
Yes, we accept payments via Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, Switch, Solo and Electron. You may also get cash back of up to £50 using your debit card. Please ask at reception or at the bar on the left of the main entrance stairs.
What time do you close?
We close at different times for different nights and events. Please check out the details for the night or event you are interested in.
What do I do if my membership has expired?
On your next visit, if your membership has expired, you will be given the opportunity to either renew it and gain admission at the members price or just pay the non-members admission fee.
What do I do if I have lost my membership card?
Don't worry. Next time your at the club just ask at reception for a new one.
If I was a member a few years ago will you still have my details?
Yes, we keep all membership details and it is easy for you to renew your membership at reception.
